Planez Quilt Pattern PDF
Stargazey patterns give you permission to make something beautiful without needing to be perfect
Stargazey gets to fly again! This time we take to the skies in Planez, a block to delight traveling bodies of all ages.
Simply cut, as usual, from squares and rectangles, then loosely pieced in Stargazey free-style, your sewing machine will be flying with these sky machines in no time. Block sizes are 4”, 6” and 8”. My sample uses a multitude of 8”, blocks on the move, with the outer ‘propeller’ border block helping to tie together my very busy planez and backgrounds. If you like applique, plane markings could be easily stitched to the wingz and bodiez. I simply added to the propeller theme by machine appliqueing some to my planes noses.
